Concentration : 95 % pH of 10% sol : 7.5 ± 0.5 solubility : readily soluble in water Properties Tysyntan TNG - P neutralises leather at fairly low pH retaining grain tightness. Tysyntan TNG - P penetrate into chrome complex & improves quality of chrome leather. Tysyntan TNG - P is moderately lightfast & gives level dyeing without weakening the dye intensity. Tysyntan TNG - P cavoids excessive neutralisation due to its buffering action. Tysyntan TNG - P is non-astringent, thus it gives excellent grain smoothness and fineness Tysyntan TNG - P is stable to electrolyte, and can be used in compact process of leather manufacturing. Tysyntan TNG - P disperses the retanning agents and thus distributes them more evenly in the leather. Uses For neutralisation of shoe upper leather, 1-3 % TYSYNTAN TNG - P on shaved weight can be used. For compact process of Cow upper, recommended dosages is 3-4 % TYSYNTAN TNG - P on shaved weight .After this treatment leather can be dyed & retanned in the same bath & fatliquor in fresh bath. Use of TYSYNTAN TNG - P, in basification helps to achieve increased area yield in the case of semi-chrome suede leathers compared to conventional systems.
