Tytan UAE plant at Hamriyah Free Zone has been expanded. The new plant has been operational since January 2008. This enables Tytan to serve its international customers for construction chemicals in and around UAE better.

Tytan celebrates 2nd Annual Day of Sharjah Plant

Tytan celebrated the 2nd annual day of their Sharjah unit on 23rd February 2007 with great pride & joy. The chief guest for this function was Mr Peter de Menezes of Fosroc who gave all the tytanites a brief on safety in day to day operations at Plant. The celebrations also marked the dawn of the third year of TOC operations with new horizons to conquer and to built up on the last two years of hardwork and persistent effort which has made Tytan successful.

Tytan unwraps Project TySAP 2007

Tytan on 8th January 2007 unveiled TySAP 2007 a project for implementation of SAP (an ERP package). Keeping into mind Tytan's growing business and to enable Tytan to go into the next level of growth the initiative of embarking on an ERP project with HCL as the service provider was initiated.

Tytan inaugurates their new site at Taloja, Mumbai - India


Tytan inaugurated their new site at Taloja in December'06. This is Tytan's step forward to cater to the growing needs of various chemicals in its range in the Indian market. This new plant is scheduled to be operational by end of 2007.

Tytan participates in India Chem 2006 held in November.

INDIA CHEM 2006 - 4th International Exhibition and Conference On Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals and Technologies Process Plant Machinery Control and Automation System.

The Department of Chemicals, and Petrochemicals in association with Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized India Chem events in 2000, 2002 & 2004. The next event India Chem 2006 and International Exhibition and Conference on Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals and Process & Plant machinery was organized from November 8 to 10, 2006 at NSE Complex, Mumbai.

260 companies participated as exhibitors of which 135 were from foreign countries Leading companies from all over the world particularly from Australia, Canada, China, Israel, Japan, Russia, Spain, USA, Italy, Brazil & South East Asian countries participated as exhibitors & visitors.

The International conference had sessions on chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, management of hazardous wastes & process plant machinery covering wide range of topics pertaining to current issues & opportunities.

Tytan’s stall saw a large number of attendees and a lot of enquiries were generated during this exhibition.

Tytan participates in ACLE - 2006 at Shanghai held in September


ACLE – 2006 concluded a great success last September with 1,260 exhibiting companies from 37 countries and regions, with 23 group pavilions. The number of exhibiting companies showed a 16% increase as compared to 2005 and 15,117 visitors were recorded. Spanned over 57,500sqm at Shanghai New International Expo Centre, it showed a sharp increase of space by 25% over 2005. Tytan successfully participated in ACLE – 2006 with a large number of visitors visiting their stall.
