| TYCOL - HTHP |
| TYCOL - HTHP is a high performance dispersing agent for production of level dyed shades on polyster with dispersed dyes. This is non-staining dispersing agent which can be used in high temperature exhaust dyeing system. |
| * Chemical Nature : | Anionic. |
| * Chemical Composition : | Blend of sulphonic acid salts condensate. |
| * Physical Appearance : | brown colour liquid. |
| * Chemical Compatibility : | stable under acid & alkaline conditions. |
| * pH (as such) : 6.0 - 8.0 | |
| * % Solid content : 34.0 - 36.0 | |
| ( @ 120°C for 2 hrs.) | |
| * Solubility : soluble in water. | |
| Properties : | |
| * Tycol - HTHP maintains
high dispersing efficiency throughout heating & cooling cycle &
hence prevent dyestuff agglomeration & surface deposition. * Tycol - HTHP has excellent inbuilt dispersing action on polyester olygomer & act as a cleaning agent for olygomer deposits which is accumulated in dyeing equipment. * Tycol - HTHP does not stain polyester & ensures optimum brightness & colour clearity even in pale shades. * Tycol - HTHP maintains an even dispersion at high electrolyte concentration, hence suitable for using in one bath dyeing process for polyester-cellulosic / polyester-wool blends. * Tycol - HTHP is a low foaming & high effective even at low concentration. |
|
| Applications : | |
| * In jet machine, Tycol
- HTHP can be used between 0.25 - 0.75 gms/lt in dye bath. * In circulating liquour yarn package & Bean dyeing machines Tycol - HTHP is used between 0.5 - 1.5 gms/lt in the dye liquour. * For initial machine cleaning treatment for earlier olygomer deposits Tycol - HTHP is used between 1 - 4% alongwith caustic soda lye & sodium hydrosulfite. .Storage : Stable under normal conditions. |
