| TYZOL - DLA |
| TYZOL - DLA is an excellent levelling
agent for the high temperature dyeing of polyester fibres. It synchronises the exhaustion of dispersed dyes & promotes levelling in the high temperature phase. |
| * Chemical Nature : | Non-ionic. |
| * Chemical Composition : | mixture of aliphatic ester |
| * Physical Appearance : | yellowish brown viscous liquid. |
| * Chemical Compatibility : | compatible with anionic / non-ionic in hard water. |
| * 1% soln. pH : 6.0 - 8.0 | |
| (D.I. Water = 7.0 used) | |
| * % Solid content : minimum 95.0 | |
| ( @ 120°C for 2 hrs.) | |
| * Solubility : readily dispersible in hot water. | |
| Properties : | |
| * Tyzol -DLA has a synchronising
action on the exhaustion of dispersed dyes for high temperature rapid dyeing
process. * Tyzol -DLA promotes levelling of dispersed dyes which is carried out above 100 °C. * Tyzol -DLA has no dye retention effect, it even improves colour yield of dyes that have a slow rate of diffusion. * Tyzol -DLA has no adverse effect on the physical properties of the polyester fibre & does not promote fibre shrinkage. |
|
| Applications : | |
| * Tyzol -DLA is used between
1 - 3 % concentration for high temperature dyeing of polyester fibres. * Tyzol -DLA is used between 2 - 4% to levelled- out unlevelled dyeings. Storage : stable under normal conditions (shelf- life 2 years). |
