TYSPERSE

TYSPERSE is a powerful wetting agent & detergent for Kier- boiling of cotton & soaping of fast
colour prints on cotton & rayon. It is also suitable for scouring of woollen fabrics.

* Chemical Nature : Anionic
* Chemical Composition : Based on aromatic sulphonate.
* Physical Appearance : Off- white to cream colour powder.
* Chemical Compatibility : stable to hard water, dilute acids & alkalies.
* 1% soln. pH : 7.0 - 8.5
(D.I. Water = 7.0 used)
* % Loss on Drying : 10.0 max  
( @ 105 °C for 3 hrs.)  
* Solubility : soluble in cold water & paste above 60 °C
 
Properties :
* Tysperse is a powerful detergent for cotton, rayon & wool.
* Tysperse promotes uniform bleaching when added to peroxide bleached liquor.
* Tysperse has a very good & effective wetting property in cold & warm water.
* Tysperse is extremely suitable for testing of azoic & vat colours.
* Tysperse gives powerful scouring action on cotton in alkaline & Keir - boiling.
 
Applications :
* Tysperse is used between 0.25 - 0.5 % on weight of the fabric in Keir - boiling of gray cotton.
* For wetting of yarn before dyeing Tysperse is used between 1 - 2 gm/lt.
* Tysperse is also used for open boiling of coloured goods in the concentration of 1 - 2 gm/lt.
* Tysperse has application in soaping of fast coloured prints at 1 - 2 gm/lt.
* In scouring of rayon Tysperse is used with soda-ash in the concentration of 1 - 2 gms/lt.
* For pasting of vat dyes 10% solution of Tysperse is used.
* In the scouring of woollen fabrics Tysperse is used in the concentration of 2 - 2.5 gm/lt @ 50 oC.

Storage : Stable under normal conditions.
